Mosaic cake inspired by the artwork of Nikki de Saint Phalle
(I'm not entirely sure but this might be edible.)
Artist's notes:
This cake was designed for "the icing on the cake" at Copia, the American Center for Wine Food & the Arts in Napa Valley. It was based on the artwork of (mosaic artist) Nikki de Saint Phalle.
